The Joshua Project is a spiritually based adventure into a man or woman's authentic identity and inheritance in Christ. The Joshua Project is an intense season dedicated to crossing over rivers of fear, sin, and shame in one's life; restoring relationships and redeeming a one's faith in the reality of his or her personal relationship with Jesus Christ rooted in faith and christian community.
The project is a opportunity. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a man or woman to go on a guided journey deep into their inheritance in Christ. Participants find that by the end of the project a lot of dust is settled and they have a new and steady composure in their faith. They have journeyed some difficult trails and wrestled with tough issues. God is faithful to revels to each participant what their "project" is and where He wants to lead them over the nine months.

Practically, each participant will practice/accomplish the following:
The idea of the project is that each participant will be guided to identify the areas of his or her life that lead them to their personal promise land and inheritance. There will be “giants” in the land but the victory is the Lords!
Lastly, the importance of a season of consecration has lasting impact on every participant. The hinge pin of the project relies on the “one and done” philosophy. We encourage the participant to go “all in”, holding nothing back, and to consecrate themselves: Joshua 3:5 Then Joshua said to the people, “Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the LORD will do wonders among you.”
The concept of consecrating oneself, crossing over their Jordan and taking possession of their promised inheritance is key to the participant getting the most out of their project. By the end of the nine months the participant has

- look closely at Jesus’ life mission
- practice a discipline a month and journal
- implement the strategies from Joshua’s life and Ephesians
- define their “project” as a disciple of Christ
- fine tune their spiritual leadership skills through leading themselves and peers
- develop a clear and concise purpose, vision and mission for their life
- be engulfed in prayer individually and with a prayer partner
